Guiding business innovation, commercialisation and growth journeys

I work as a specialist in the human and animal health sectors as a Business Innovation Advisor. My specialist knowledge and experience includes commercialising R&D and deep technology. Because I have both domain expertise and broad-based experience in the healthcare sector my customers work with me on both strategic and tactical initiatives.

Guiding business innovation, commercialisation and growth journeys is a powerful motivator because I know I am creating success for NZ Inc in guiding founders from concept to commercialisation.

My work guides customers’ new product development through applying business discipline to opportunity assessments and strategic intent. I enjoy working with small and large organisations from start ups, through SMEs up to multinational sized firms in New Zealand and Northern Europe.

The high pace of innovation constantly amazes me. The COVID vaccine was developed in just nine months, shattering the previous record of four years, set by the development of a mumps vaccine in the 1960s. And I expect rapid innovation and iteration to continue.

Having learned from Adam Grant about building authentic and high trust relationships, I find each day brings the opportunity to make a difference for the people I interact with and to live out my values and sense of purpose.
