Please note: Unless you let us know otherwise, you agree to Callaghan Innovation using this information to automatically register your business with the Regional Business Partner Network. The Regional Business Partner Network is operated by Callaghan Innovation and MBIE and includes our team of Navigators within the Regional Business Partner Network that will contact you (if you are not already registered).

Accordingly, Callaghan Innovation may disclose the information you provide to the Regional Business Partners and MBIE. Where Callaghan Innovation makes such disclosures, we take reasonable steps to require these organisations to agree to comply with the Information Privacy Principles. Otherwise, Callaghan Innovation will only disclose information if this is required by law (for example under the Official Information Act 1982), permitted under the Privacy Act 2020 or where we have your consent to do so. Confidentiality Statement

In the course of our relationship and while using our services, we are likely to exchange information that is confidential in nature. Callaghan Innovation takes confidentiality very seriously and our people (including our Regional Business Partner Navigators) are bound by confidentiality obligations in their employment and/or service agreements. We expect the same from you.

You and we both agree to take reasonable steps (including putting in place reasonable security safeguards) to protect the other party’s confidential information from disclosure or unauthorised access. You or we may share each other’s confidential information with legal or regulatory authorities if required to do so, or in the case of Callaghan Innovation where disclosure is requested by another New Zealand government agency so long as that New Zealand Government entity is bound by a confidentiality undertaking enforceable by you in relation to the information, on substantially the same terms as included here.
