As a Business Innovation Advisor, based in Canterbury, I support HighTech companies to innovate and commercialise their New Product Development (NPD) solutions to meet customer needs.
I started my career on the design tools as a Product Design Engineer. I’ve had a career in leading teams to bring 60+ new products to market. With over 30+ years’ experience in technical and business roles in private sector, and now public sector, I bring a wealth of lessons learned to support companies get to market and beyond.
Having a “winning” strategy, a clear roadmap, process efficiency and a plan to execute, frees up resources to effectively deliver on R&D and innovation. I enjoy advising on the development of high-performance environments, bringing people, product, process and purpose together, to setup for business success.
