“ Most of the success/failure of a product is determined before we assign our first developer or fill out our first story card”
- Rich Mironov, product management coach
What will we learn?
This is the first prototype: it will take you through how to find your first buyers, and identify what they care most about. It covers:
- What an early-adopter actually is, and how to find enough of them
- How to interview people to find out what their real cares and concerns are, and how big of a priority they are
Future prototypes may cover pricing, pre-sales, feature selection and more.
Okay, what’s involved then?
This is a self-paced interactive course delivered over the internet. You have real coaches available to help you as you need, and who will check in with you from time to time. We think it’ll take you around 25 - 35 hours over a few weeks. At the end of that time, you’ll have a clear idea on the best way to reach your early adopters, and the things they most want solved.
Oh, and we recommend strongly, you do this with at least one other person from your organisation or co-founder.
What will it cost?
