Natural product extraction and scale-up

I am a Senior Principal Engineer in the Biotechnologies department. My expertise is in the extraction, separation and purification of Natural Products, where I specialise in green and traditional solvent extraction methods, downstream separations, fractionation, purification and process scale-up.

My work revolves around finding ways to harness the potential of natural resources and ways to extract valuable natural products. I work through technical challenges and optimise processes to ensure efficient and eco-friendly production of high-quality natural products.

As a Senior Principal Engineer, I take pride in my ability to lead and mentor my team guiding them towards successful project outcomes. Collaborating with like-minded professionals and making a meaningful impact on the development of new and exciting biotechnological processes for commercialisation is a great motivator.
