Phospholipid analysis specialist

I am a Principal Research Scientist in the Biotechnologies group where I manage the commercial analytical activities for the Lipids team.

During my time at Callaghan Innovation I have established phosphorous-31 nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy analysis of phospholipids. This work has been valuable for the New Zealand dairy and marine products industries. I also serve as the technical manager for the IANZ (International Accreditation New Zealand) accredited phospholipid analytical service.
