Global Signals - open access
Global Signals is a monthly insights newsletter and workshop series to help New Zealand agritech businesses monitor and interpret key global shifts. This service enables businesses to pinpoint areas of the market that are potentially going to be disrupted, so they can respond accordingly.
The Global Signals newsletter is for anyone interested in the agritech sector. Co-authored by leading futurist and strategist Melissa Clark-Reynolds, they explore the latest insights on the future of food, agriculture and agritech.
The workshop component operates on an invite-only basis. Facilitated by industry-leading futurists, such as Dr Stephanie Pride, these sessions help the agritech industry understand foresighting, and how to integrate these insights into their business planning.

Early Adopter Network - Invite only
Our invite-only Early Adopter Network gathers experts from across the agritech sector to collaborate and share experiences to work towards solving common global problems. The network, jointly run by Callaghan Innovation and New Zealand Trade and Enterprise (NZTE), has already created commercial opportunities for NZ agritech businesses with leading grower groups in Australia, Latin America and North America. These partnerships enabled early-stage and scaling businesses to access a network of engaged growers for testing technology, with the ultimate aim to improve agritech sector R&D, product development, innovation, and commercial outcomes.

Scale For Global Growth - invite only
Jointly run by Callaghan Innovation and New Zealand Trade & Enterprise (NZTE), the invite-only Scale for Global Growth programme is designed to help New Zealand agritech businesses pursue commercial success in international markets. Industry experts with extensive experience working with globally successful businesses offer selected businesses targeted advice and support, including around how to scale from a small local-market-focused business into a global player. Other topics covered include intellectual property, capital, talent, supply chains and market validation, to help businesses achieve their growth goals.

Farm2050 Nutrient Technology Trialing Platform - invite only
Farm 2050 Nutrient Technology Trialing Platform (Farm2050) is an initiative that aims to identify, validate and demonstrate, at scale, promising nutrient-management technologies that use an integrated approach across multiple farm/crop systems. Selected agritech experts and innovators have joined the invite-only platform to focus on creating nutrient-management technologies that meet productivity requirements, but also consider the need for improved environmental management. Through Farm2050, Callaghan Innovation, Plant & Food Research, Agritech NZ and the Farm2050 group are collaborating on field trials in NZ, which will focus on the pastoral/grazing dairy farm, high value horticultural crops and row crops. A number of NZ Agritech businesses are participating in this multi-year trial.
