Optimising protein production and purity

I work as a Principal Research Scientist in the Protein Science and Engineering team at Callaghan Innovation. My research field is recombinant protein production using various expression systems, including bacteria, yeast, and mammalian cells. This broad experience has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to optimise protein production and purification processes. My work lies at the intersection of molecular biology and protein science, with a particular interest in troubleshooting for proteins that are difficult to produce.

I am dedicated to using my expertise in protein science and engineering to help customers translate their ideas into practical applications in fields such as therapeutics, diagnostics, and industrial process.
