Callaghan Innovation is inviting Registrations of Interest from organisations to design and deliver High Performance Working Initiative (HPWI) programmes.

HPWI programmes are business coaching programmes that help New Zealand enterprises be higher performers. They are targeted at small to medium sized enterprises, to assist them to grow their productivity, profitability and competitiveness through effective employee engagement and improved workplace practices.

HPWI is delivered via contracted partners who design and coordinate the delivery of the programmes. These partners may be industry and trade organisations, regional business networks or similar business-orientated entities.

Delivering an HPWI programme involves programme development, engaging a range of enterprises to participate in the programme and working with specialist business consultants to achieve and sustain successful outcomes for the participating enterprises.

A registration of interest opened today on the New Zealand Government Electronic Tender Service (GETS). The RFx ID is 7472167 and the title is High Performance Work Initiative programme.

The RoI process will be used to assess prospective HPWI partners and will be followed by a Request for Proposals from organisations selected in the RoI.

Communications regarding this RoI should be done through the GETS system.

The RoI closes at 3pm on 28 January 2015.
