A forum exploring advanced techniques for food innovation
Join us at Food for Thought, a full day forum, which will focus on the opportunities presented by new and advanced food techniques including synchrotron, neutron analysis, and NMR spectroscopy. Explore how these techniques can assist you in creating business and product development opportunities.
Associated with the Delivery of Functionality for Complex Food Systems Conference, the forum will also give you access to local and international experts from Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory in the United States, the world-class Australian Synchrotron facility, and our own Massey University and the University of Auckland.
