The NZ Hi-Tech Awards celebrate the success of New Zealand’s producers of goods and services from the software, electronics, telecommunications, mobile, agritech, creative and other hi-tech industries. The awards, now in their 27th year, are run by the NZ Hi-Tech Trust, a not-for-profit organisation aimed at promoting and supporting the wider tech industry.
A record number of new companies entered the 2022 NZ Hi-Tech Awards, from across Aotearoa and from all areas of the hi-tech sector. This wide range of high calibre entrants is reflected in the line-up of finalists this year. David Downs, Chair of the NZ Hi-Tech Trust, says the standard of entries continues to grow every year as does the overall interest in the awards.
