Callaghan Innovation has announced the appointment of Rosalie Nelson as General Manager – Strategy, Impacts and Insights.
Rosalie brings expertise in technology market disruption, programmatic building of strategic capability and execution, and impact assessment. She also has sound leadership and management experience and is known for her ability to build high-performing teams.
Currently, Rosalie is the Head of Market Insights at Chorus. Rosalie joined Chorus in 2011 and prior to this worked for IDC NZ Limited, Sweeney Vesty, and Ovum Ltd, where over the last 18 years she honed her capabilities in delivering evidence-based business and organisational strategies informed by a deep understanding of markets, ecosystems and disruption, making customer focus a reality, and leading innovative change. Prior to this, Rosalie worked as a journalist in print and television.
Rosalie will begin her role on 16 August 2017.
