What is the Māori innovation hub and what are the benefits?

Te Whare a Māui, the Māori innovation hub at our Gracefield Innovation Quarter in Lower Hutt, is a free shared working space for Māori businesses, with tools to help you collaborate and innovate. The hub enables innovators to connect with other Māori businesses and work alongside Callaghan Innovation's experts. Te Whare a Māui is a culturally safe space where tikanga (Māori protocols) is paramount.

Who is the Māori innovation hub for?

Te Whare a Māui is purpose-built for businesses currently working with Callaghan Innovation. The only criterion is that tikanga is observed at all times, and this is explained prior to entry.
