| Abstract | A recent analysis of the ac-dc difference (δ) of a single junction thermal converter (SJTC) affords the opportunity to obtain further insight into the behaviour of these devices. We show that higher order terms make a significant contribution to δ. While radiation is a significant heat loss, it has little effect on δ. |
